Selected as a Super Lawyer in 2014 and 2015, and Top Attorney in Southern California in 2014, Michael Goldberg has been specializing in Securities, Antitrust, and Consumer class action suits for nearly two decades. Mr. Goldberg has successfully litigated numerous cases that have resulted in multi-million dollar recoveries for investors, consumers and businesses.
Mr. Goldberg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1989 from Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges, and his Juris Doctor degree in 1996 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan. He is admitted to both the California and Florida bars. Additionally, he has been admitted to practice in numerous courts throughout the country.

While attending law school, Mr. Schall externed for the Honorable Patrick J. Walsh, magistrate judge for the Central District of California. He also served as an in-house Summer Associate for the parent company of American Funds, one of the world’s largest mutual funds. After graduating from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento California (Dean’s List), Mr. Schall worked for the in-house legal department of Beach Point Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar investment manager.
Before joining Goldberg Law PC, Mr. Schall was an associate specializing in securities litigation and client development at Glancy Binkow & Goldberg.

Sohrab Izadi joined Goldberg Law PC in 2016. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. Sohrab’s favorite and best courses in law school were in corporate finance, securities, and taxation. During law school, Sohrab interned with a plaintiffs’ side securities litigation and arbitration firm, helping clients who lost retirement money because of the illegal actions of brokers. After receiving his bar license, Sohrab worked in tax controversy and resolution, before joining the team at Goldberg Law PC. Sohrab is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys biking, traveling, basketball, and spending time with family and friends.
